Cabin Kit
[description action="start"]
Crafted from durable, high-quality salvaged Western red cedar, this cabin is ready to be stained, varnished, painted in the colour of your choice, or left to weather naturally.
The cabin includes reusable wood nesting trays with 16 × 8 mm nesting holes preferred by mason bees, 20 × 6 mm leafcutter nesting holes previously used by the leafcutter bee industry, 25 mason bee reeds (Phragmites australis), and 25 leafcutter reeds. Wood trays retain nesting scents that help attract bees in future seasons and are easy to open for quick cocoon harvesting. The reeds, not to be confused with bamboo, are easy to open as well.
A routed keyhole groove in the back allows for easy installation.
