Best for spring and fall production, the initial head will be looser than standard heading types and with more variation of floret size than other sprouting varieties. Excellent fresh, and a very good choice for freezing. Di Cicco can also be used for a fast microgreen. This is an old European heirloom that has been in cultivation since 1890.
