Ruby Streaks is a finely cut mizuna type that has a nice mild flavour with just a hint of heat. Attractive, deeply indented, very frilly leaves have pretty purple and green variegation. Plants are fast growing with an upright habit for ease of harvest. Best grown in spring and fall so be sure to plant some Ruby Streaks organic mustard seeds at the end of summer for fall and winter harvests. Makes a very pretty microgreen. Not as good bolt tolerance as our other purple Asian and mustard greens.
